Red Sash (Master)

The student and Practitioner Levels form the Physical and Mental/Strategical part of Tao Wing Chun. However, this is the one side of the coin which deals with defending yourself against others.

The other side of the coin is the Philosophy of Tao Wing Chun. The Taoism, which deals with defending yourself against yourself (Your own emotions and ego). The Metaphysical Self-Defence.
