Our Wing Chun classes in Central London are based on forms, hand and leg techniques, footwork, pad work, partner training and we always finish off with a nice full body stretch. All this contributes to correct body posture, coordination, mental focus, rhythm, timing, speed, explosive power, balance, visual and kinesthetic reflexes and flexibility. When combined together these individual skills enable you to:

Develop an awareness of body language and an understanding how to interpret it

Increase your resistance to stress

Build your confidence

Apply real self-defence skills in real situations

Our classes aim to balance hard training with relaxed environment, thus creating a dynamic and enjoyable atmosphere in which to learn. We understand that learning is about experience as well as information. Through experience we uncover what is inside us, who we really are and at the same time discover our own abilities and our own potential to enlarge our lives.

Courses

Apart from the Basic and Advanced Training courses I offer the Fast Track Training Course, if you want to progress faster or become a Certified Instructor.

Private lessons - personal trainer

If you want to add more hours to your training, progress faster or simply can not attend the classes then we offer private lesson. Due to our busy schedule please book the private lessons in advance.

I do not require time based contracts or binding agreements. I offer discounts on prepay options.
